SEC Form 10-Q
SEC Form 10-Q is the name of the Securities and Exchange Commission form on which a public company (or private company with publicly traded debt) must file its Quarterly Report making full disclosure to investors of its financial position, income statement, business operations etc. Any company that is required to file reports with the SEC (known as a "reporting company") must file a 10-Q at the end of each quarter.
